National Contractors is pleased to offer three programs approved by theCommunity Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification. These programs are provided at no cost.

• The Fundamentals of Maintenance is an interactive program that examines all exterior maintenance points from the chimney down. Along with a PowerPoint presentation, product samples are available for participants to understand how they work and ask questions. Resource folders are also provided for future reference.
• A Complete Roofing System features an entire roofing project from start to finish. Along with a PowerPoint presentation, product samples are available for participants to understand how components work and ask questions. Resource folders are also provided for future reference. Product samples are available for participants.
• What to Expect During a Deck or Balcony Project will highlight examples of complete deck/balcony replacements through and informative PowerPoint presentation. Product samples are available for participants to learn the benefits of each system. Resource folders are also provided for future reference. We also review why routine deck/balcony repair and maintenance is essential.
